A delicious 4-course menu designed by Chef Roman Ventura: with a variety of options to please every palate:
~ First Course ~
Pride Bruchetta – Artisan bread topped with a rainbow of colours and flavours – cubed papaya and avocados, zesty pickled onions and drizzled with a citrus and honey pesto.
Serrano Ham Carpaccio – Tasty serrano ham, cherry tomatoes and cantaloupe served with a pesto and balsamic reduction and topped with parmesan cheese.
CousCous de Mexico* – Couscous seasoned with onion, cilantro, cucumber, tomato, purslane, mint, pumpkin seeds and panel cheese dressed with lemon and olive oil…Mexico meets Africa!
~ Second Course ~
Fiesta Ceviche – Tantalize your taste buds with tuna, seasonal citrus fruits, avocado, red onion, coriander and tomatoes dressed in a tangy ponzu sauce.
Mushroom Empanadas* – Corn empanadas stuffed with a mushroom ragout, complemented by guacamole, red onion and dressed with a roasted bell pepper sauce and habanero honey.
Mexican Potsticker – A mouth-watering Mexico meets Asia surprise for your mouth. Dumplings stuffed with cochinita pibil served with a refried black bean sauce and pickled onions.
~ Third Course ~
Steak Skewers – Savory, marinated arrachera, cubed vegetables with a bright morita chilli chimichurri sauce.
Mex-Ind Kabab – Indian influenced chicken kebab marinated in coconut milk and curry served with a coriander and serrano chilli sauce.
Vegetable Satay* – Vegetable decadence on a stick
~ Fourth Course ~
Pear Brochette – Peach poached in red wine and jamaica topped with dark chocolate infused cream cheese, dusted with caramelized walnuts and topped with a blueberry and a mint leaf.
Sexy Brownie – The best way to end the night…chocolate and sex! Rich, salt and pepper chocolate brownie topped with a coulis surprise.
